what's wrong with me?

My body is having a nervous breakdown on me at the ripe age of 22!!! I can't eat like normal people anymore. Most of the time I don't really have an appetite, but then when I get one and I eat, I get sick almost instantly. My skin looks like that of a 13 year old pubescent girl, my body is ravaged with fever yet my skin has goosebumps the size of skittles. I have to pee every 20-30 minutes (this is no exaggeration either). I'm thinking maybe some tropical disease from one of the many varieties of spiders which bite me at any given time. Or maybe its some rare form of malignant cancer hmmmm... I'm not quite sure what is wrong, but i'm damn tired of feeling like this. I called my dermatologist up and requested a new medicine (topical) for my bacteria-attracting skin, where he tells me that most topical antibacterial medicines don't work alone, and only work with antibiotic pills. I tell him that I can't take antibiotics because of their ability to weaken the strength of birth control pills (and the last thing I need is a baby). My doctor tells me that this idea is a theory, and I would have nothing to worry about. I'm like "can I get that in writing", so I can sue for malpractice when I mysteriously get pregnant while on both medications. So now I don't know whether or not to go back on antibiotics..this sucks
